David Neon Wingfield

David Neon Wingfield, 84 of Bonnieville passed peacefully on Saturday, January 20, 2024

The Edmonson County native was a son of the late Harry Paul “Boe” Wingfield and Anna Pearl Johnson Wingfield.   He was preceded in death by his siblings, Ruth, James, Wayne, Paul, Daniel Floyd and Roy Wingfield and Martha Guess.  He was a member of Chalybeate United Baptist Church.  He was saved in a revival at Beaver Dam United Baptist Church at an early age. He was employed at Holley Carburetor and several body shops over the years.

His survivors include his children: Julie Coles (Ricky), David Wingfield, Jr. (Connie), Dena Radwan, Stacy Nunn (Eric) and Jeff Wingfield (April); 14 grandchildren, Patty Furlong (Justin), Shannon Coles, Seth Wingfield, Leanna Hernandez, Shawn Underwood, Michaela Underwood, Brooke Nunn, Savanna Nunn, Caden Nunn, Alexis Duvall, Jasmine Wingfield, Ariel Wingfield, Kyleigh Ragland and Michael Ragland; several great grandchildren, four sisters, Ruby Pierce, Linda Webb (Jr), Betty Herald and Mona Wingfield and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with burial in Kinser Cemetery.  Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
