Noxie Furlong Beatty

Noxie Furlong Beatty, 83 of Bowling Green passed peacefully on Saturday, January 20 at her residence.
 The Barren County native was a daughter of the late Roy Furlong and Pearl Houchens Furlong. Noxie was the wife of the late Archie Beatty.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Rev. Howard Furlong; three sisters, Louise Carter, Wanda Smith and Twyla Lawrence; and one granddaughter, Brandy Nicole Ferrell. Noxie was a homemaker.
 Her survivors include three sons, Greg Harlow, Rickey Ferrell (Amy) and Chris Beatty (Amber); ten grandchildren, Monica Ausbrooks (Duran), Allie Fisackerly (Chris), Emily and Megan Gore, Emma and Brian Beatty, Eddie, Jacob, Isaac and Libby Prater; two great grandchildren, Jack Ausbrooks and Ivy Gore; two sisters, Agnes Jones and Elaine Lawrence (Michael) along with several nieces and nephews.
 Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Grove Chapel with burial in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
