Margaret Watt

Margaret Gail Watt, 68 of Smiths Grove went home to meet her Lord on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at her residence.

The Cumberland County native was a daughter of the late Benton and Estil Tweedy Thrasher and she is preceded in death by two brothers, Mark and Michael Joe Thrasher and one sister, Lisa Thrasher. Gail was a housewife and she worked at the Smiths Grove Flavor Isle.  She loved her flower gardens.

Leaving to cherish her memory is her husband Jimmy Watt; three step daughters, Tracy Watt, Jamie Lancaster and Laurie Schmidt (Brian); several step grandchildren; two brothers, Tommy Thrasher (Stacy) and Timmy Thrasher and a host of friends.  She will be missed by many how knew her and loved her.

There will be a graveside service at 2 p.m. on Monday at Smiths Grove Cemetery.  Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Grove Chapel.
