Judy Kay Jacobs, 70 of Smiths Grove departed to her heavenly home Sunday, May 21, 2017
The Gastonia, N.C. native was the daughter of the late Jay C and Sarah Elizabeth Tate Crisp. She retired from Walmart after 22 years of service as bakery manager . At an early age she was taught the importance of having a strong relationship with God and having strong family ties which she then taught her children. Judy enjoyed traveling, was a very adventurous woman and was a member of the cocker spaniel rescue organization
Her survivors include her children, Mark Jacobs; Greg Jacobs (Necole) and Shannon Jacobs; two grandchildren, Sydney and Sarah Jacobs; one uncle Jimmy Crisp (Marilyn), a host of friends and her loving cocker spaniel Annie
There will be a celebration of life service at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Grove Chapel with visitation from 4:30p.m. -6:30 p.m. at the funeral home
