Jack Fletcher Gibbs

Bowling Green, Kentucky

Jack F. Gibbs, 83 of Bowling Green died Saturday, December 21, 2024 at his residence.

The Daviess County native was a son of the late Thurston and Lena Bowman Gibbs. He was the husband of the late Joyce Ann Midkiff Gibbs. He is preceded in death by his brother, William Gibbs. Jack was a self employed Antique Store operator. Jack served in the U.S. Air Force. 

His survivors include his daughter, Kecia Whittaker (Jesse) and two sons, Bryan Keith Gibbs (Lee) and Kerry Allen (Tammy); four grandchildren, Jenny Gibbs, Kelsey Gibbs, Ashley Cooper (Brian) and Alexis Whittaker (Dakota Talley); four great- great grandchildren, Gabriel, Aidan and Isabelle Cooper and Leo Talley.

His Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with burial in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida. Visitation will be 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

The family request in lieu of flowers donations be made to St. Jude’s Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105
