David Carroll Glisson

David C. Glisson, 45 of Oakland died Thursday, June 15, 2023 at the Medical Center surrounded by his family and friends.

He was the son of the late William David Glisson and Deborah Manning Powell who survives. He was also preceded in death by his step-father, Victor Powell and niece, Rebekah Glisson  David was a salesman for IMI.  He was the Pastor of Impact Church of Bowling Green. 

Leaving to cherish his memory is his wife, Ashley Glisson; four children, Ashton David Glisson, Jordan Glisson, Madison Glisson and Ireland Glisson; his mother Debby Powell; one brother Donald Glisson; two sisters, Jennifer Campbell (Walt) and Victoria Hunt (Nyx) and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Impact Church of Bowling Green.  Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m-2 p.m. Tuesday at the church.  Arrangements were entrusted to Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel.  The church is located at 140 Hunter Ct., Bowling Green, KY 42104
