Alma Dean Hunley McGuire, age 87 of Woodburn, KY passed away Monday, July 5, 2021. Alma was born June 5, 1934 in Red Boiling Springs, TN to her parents Henry Carvin and Della Elizabeth Johnson Hunley who predecease her.
Alma was a homemaker. She loved cooking, working with woodcrafts and gardening.
Mrs. McGuire is predeceased by her daughter Linda Clements, by her grandson Wayland B. Mosley, Jr., by son-in-law Donald Moss, by first husband of 16 years Louis Meadows, by her brothers and sisters Amos (Cleo) Hunley, Eva Lee Hunley, Nettie (Marion) Hunley Mofield, Henry Carvin "Junior" (Nancy) Hunley, Joyce Hunley, Doyle (Peggy) Hunley, Fred (Virginia) Hunley and Ted (Elida) Hunley.
Mrs. McGuire is survived by her husband of 40 years, Richard McGuire, by her daughters Brenda Mosley and Kathy Moss, by her grandchildren Lena (Brian) Weist, Ashley (Will) Thrower and Braxton Clements and by her great grandchildren Ella Weist and Max Weist, by her son-in-law Steve Clements, by several step children and step grandchildren and brothers and sister Ray (Dauphine) Hunley, Roger (Joyce) Hunley and Wanda Hunley (Joe) Duarte.
A graveside service for Mrs. McGuire was held on July 7, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm at Fairview Cemetery in Bowling Green, KY.
